A diverse neighborhood has been created in Berlin-Tegel, featuring apartments, office space, a daycare center, and rooftop gardens, all nestled in the natural surroundings of Lake Tegel. Together with project developer Dirk Pfeifer (Empira Group), we take a look at the completed project.
