The project in Munich-Allach comprises a 15,735 m² site close to the Karlsfeld S-Bahn station. The plan is to build a residential building with 231 residential units, including 90 affordable units, a daycare center with 74 places and a small restaurant. The surrounding area is characterized by residential buildings and the Allacher Lohe nature reserve. The building is supplied with energy by heat pumps and a 940 m² photovoltaic area.
