The Impact of Our Investments
The energy projects in our funds generate electricity from solar, wind, and hydro power. Investments in energy storage complement the portfolio and support grid stability.
Through our fund, we invest in energy-efficient residential properties, such as new construction meeting at least the KfW 55-Standard. When selecting and developing properties, we take into account the quality of life for residents as well as the impact on the climate and the environment.
