The development and operation of energy and residential projects require long-term capital. Pangaea Life provides private and institutional investors with access to funds that invest in selected real assets in these sectors.

These include photovoltaic, wind, and hydroelectric power plants, energy storage systems, and residential properties built to at least the KfW 55-Standard.

Our goal is to combine long-term return opportunities with the specific environmental and social characteristics of the investments. Actual performance, as well as the environmental and social impacts, depend on the specific projects and market conditions. They are not guaranteed.

Pangaea Life develops and manages investment solutions for private and institutional investors. The funds invest in real-world projects in the energy and housing sectors. The focus is on the economic viability of the investments and a long-term investment strategy.

Investments in Energy and Housing

In the energy sector, the funds invest primarily in facilities for generating electricity from solar, wind, and hydro power, as well as in energy storage systems.

In the real estate sector, the focus is on residential buildings with an energy efficiency standard of at least KfW 55. Depending on the project, additional features may be included, such as publicly subsidized or affordable housing, space for daycare centers, electric mobility concepts, or connections to local public transportation.
