We not only prioritize the generation of renewable energy, but also specifically focus on investments in energy storage to promote the stability of the power grid.
In close partnership with Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH (part of the Commerzbank Group), we are building a diversified portfolio. We do this through the careful selection of investment projects and geographic diversification across locations where the technology harmonizes optimally with existing resources.
Energy-Efficient Residential Properties
Our real asset investments in residential real estate focus on Germany’s metropolitan regions as well as the leading metropolitan areas in the southern United States, also known as the “U.S. Sunbelt.” Together with our partner Empira, we acquire developed land with the goal of developing and operating energy-efficient housing that meets at least the KfW 55-Standard over the long term.
