Sustainable real estate
Our real asset investments in sustainable real estate are concentrated in the metropolitan regions of Germany and in the leading metropolitan areas in the south of the USA, also known as the "US Sunbelt". Together with our partner Empira, we acquire developed properties with the aim of developing and operating sustainable real estate over the long term.
In doing so, we are helping to meet social needs by creating affordable housing and thus counteracting the pressing housing shortage.
