Our real asset investments in sustainable real estate are concentrated in the metropolitan regions of Germany and the leading metropolitan areas in the southern United States, also known as the "US Sunbelt." Together with our partner Empira, we acquire developed properties with the goal of developing and operating sustainable real estate over the long term.
In doing so, we help meet social needs by creating affordable housing and addressing the pressing housing shortage.
