The Pangaea Life Blue Living Fonds invests in energy-efficient residential real estate. Its current regional focus is on metropolitan areas in Germany as well as select cities in the southern United States, known as the U.S. Sunbelt.
The portfolio includes buildings with high energy efficiency. Individual properties also include publicly subsidized housing, daycare centers, electric mobility solutions, or good access to local public transportation.
The fund is classified in accordance with Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Furthermore, it has been classified as a sustainable financial product in accordance with DIN 77236-2. Both classifications have been confirmed by Zielke Rating GmbH.
